How do I change my email address or other personal information?

You can update your profile any time by logging in using the email address associated with your membership and your password, then following these steps:

  1. In the login window, click the view profile link. Your member profile page will appear.

  2. Click the Edit Profile button. Your member profile information appears in editable form.

  3. Make the changes necessary.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Publish button.

Note: Your email address is your login for the ATD of Northeast Florida's website. Remember to use your new email address for future logins. Your email address will also be used whenever you subscribe to forums such as the Event Forum, Position Referral, or Training Exchange.

I am having trouble logging in using my email address and password, what should I do?

There are several steps you can take to fix the problem:

  1. In the login window, click the Forgot Password link.

  2. Type your email address. If that address is in our database, your password will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.

Important:

  • If you are logging onto our new website for the first time, the password used for Member Services on the old website will not work.
  • Follow the Forgot Password procedure above and a new password will be sent.
  • If the email you enter is not recognized at all, contact the webmaster at technology@atdnefl.org.
  • If you have changed your email address lately, try logging in with your old email address.
  • If successful, click the view profile link and update your email address.
  • Test your new login.
  • If unsuccessful, contact the webmaster at technology@atdnefl.org.
