Program:
How to Move Your Career Into the e-Learning
Field
Presented by Desirée Ward
Have you ever wondered how to develop e-learning?
What is involved? How people do it? What background is needed? While
some e-learning professionals set themselves up for a career in
e-learning, others “stumble” into their jobs.
During
this program, you will learn what skills you need to work in the
e-learning field. Then, you will look at your own skills and see how
you can apply them in a new way. You will also explore some ways to
take your current skills to the next level to make the transition.
We’ll discuss how to use and build on your current skills to transition
to a career in e-learning.
Objectives:
- Identify the positions that are
available in e-learning
- Identify what skills are needed for
each position
- Match your skills to a particular
position
- Prepare for a career in the e-learning
field
