Creating Attention-Getting Introductions

Are you a chapter member who....

  • has had his/her employment impacted and wants to continue in the training & development field?
  • is transitioning into the Training and Development field?
  • is already in Training and Development field and wants to enter a different aspect of the T&D field?
  • seeks to manage your own career internally and externally of your organization?

Then join us for the July CMSIG Meeting!

Program:
Are you comfortable introducing yourself?  Most people aren’t.  So, let us help you get comfortable by teaching you
how to prepare your Introduction.

Introductions

  • answer the interview question “Why don’t you tell me about yourself?”
  • are used for Informational Interviews.
  • help you meet others at social events.

Attend the July meeting where Marilyn Feldstein will teach you how to create both a short and long Introduction and you’ll have an opportunity to practice speaking about yourself.

About the Speaker:

Marilyn Feldstein, founder and CEO of Career Choices Unlimited, Inc., is certified as a Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and an Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI).  She has more than 20 years’ experience in all aspects of career management and earned her master’s degree at Penn State University and her bachelor’s degree at The University of South Florida.  Marilyn is a frequent

how to build and maintain relationships throughout their careers.  She is also a contributor to a number of résumé
