  "The New Social Learning"

We are in a day and age where there is a fundamental shift in how people work. It is critical that we understand how to leverage the talents, skills and abilities of different generational and cultural differences in a virtual global world.

The movie, “The Internship” is a clear representation of what different generations have to offer each other in order to provide a well-rounded workforce, enabled by technology from the generation who grew up with it and inspired by leaders who desire to leave a legacy.

Our opportunities, by working in partnership, and mentoring each other, are endless. When it comes right down to it, relationship building is still king. Join us in this interactive and cutting edge topic in our field of talent development.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding how the workplace has changed
  • Identifying the challenges in the new global social learning environment
  • Defining the “WIFM”
  • Constructing your leadership initiatives
  • Evaluating your scorecard

About the Speaker

Currently, Dr. Campbell is serving as Regional Vice-president for ICATT Consulting, a twenty-one year old organization that started in Jacksonville and has grown to over a million dollars in revenue in several locations throughout the nation. ICATT recently completed their first international contract and is poised for exponential growth over the next several years.

In her role as RVP, Dr. Campbell works with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, internal engagement and client impact. Dr. Campbell is a seasoned executive coach and management turnaround specialist with particular expertise in organizational cultural challenges. Her passion is working with the human side of quality. Early in her career, Linda earned certifications in Professional Selling Skills with the Xerox Corporation and excelled in product line sales. Subsequently, she moved on to selling services and worked for two leading companies, opening new territories that grew in excess of 30% annually, exceeding goals at 140% of plan.

In her work as a Training Consultant with a firm of Industrial Psychologists, Campbell delved deeply into the human side of quality.
