  ATD NEFL November 2015
    Monthly Program

" The Importance of an Effective
Mentorship Program."

Please join us  for the ATD NEFL November Monthly Meeting, where a dynamic panel of Mentors and Protégés lead the discussion on the Benefits of Mentoring!

We know a mentoring program is important to an organization, to a mentor and to a mentee or protégé.

Susan Bowen, Chair of the 2015 ATD NEFL Mentor Program, and Founder and Consultant of Leadership Elements, LLC will moderate as our panel teaches us the importance of an effective Mentorship Program.

This program should be important to you and your organization in order to:

  • Increase associate retention.
  • Help new associates acclimate to job and company culture more quickly and increase their learning curve.
  • Improve organizational performance.
  • Increase associate productivity.
  • Create a greater sense of involvement in your company and career.
  • Increase associate morale.
  • Support an innovative work environment.
  • Increase creativity and exposure to new ideas.
  • Contribute to the development of a cooperative, productive and service-oriented environment.

During this special program ATD NEFL will acknowledge the accomplishments of the 2015 Mentor Program participants and share:

  • Specifics about the chapter program
  • Best practices and lessons learned during implementation of mentor programs
  • Resources regarding mentoring and establishing mentor programs within an organization
