    Monthly Program

Topic: Building Upon Our Foundational Competencies in the New Year!

This session will focus on simple steps to increase your foundational competencies in 2016.  As professionals, part of our role is to develop programs and processes to ensure our customers are getting the skills needed to be successful in their roles.  Often times with work place demands, home and extracurricular activities, we don’t take the time to access our own needs.  Join us in this interactive session where we will  start the new year off right reviewing the foundational competencies for our roles and putting a plan in place to sharpen our skills.
