This Career Management event will take place at NOVA Southeastern University. 

This workshop will provide a framework for participants to identify their critical career goals, pinpoint key activities to make their goals a reality, track progress against their goals, and review an intentional process to continually move forward on their goals.

The workshop will mix content, and process, presentation and space for participants to spend a brief amount of time capturing personal career information and insights.

Rob Stevens is a leadership development and training professional with over 29 years of experience. Currently, Rob is President of the leadership, management & sales consulting firm, Leadership for Now. He is certified and proficient in a variety of tools, including Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Coaching Essentials, and Self- Leadership. He is also certified on the Birkman Assessment and emotional intelligence tool - MHS EQ-i 2.0 and 360.
