JANUARY PROGRAM

The Art of Balancing Work and Family

Creating balance in your everyday life is more challenging than it was a generation ago. On a daily basis, we are exposed to significantly more information and choices than ever before. In order to maintain our mental health, realistic expectations are key along with clearly communicating our needs (not just to others, but to ourselves first). Join us and enjoy an engaging discussion that reminds us of our individual purpose, priorities and what keeps us motivated so we can strive for our own unique balance.
