                     Revitalize Your Training

                  A Day with Tom Kuhlmann,
           eLearning and PowerPoint RockStar

Morning Workshop:
Rapid E-Learning: From Blah to Hoorah!

Tom Kuhlmann will walk us through e-learning design techniques
in this special 3-hour workshop. It’s easy enough to build
e-learning courses with today’s tools, but ease of authoring isn’t
the only consideration when it comes to building your courses.
Rapid e-learning presents many opportunities and challenges.
Also, most of us work with limited budgets and resources.

Join Tom as he shares practical tips on getting the most out of the
resources you already have -- to build engaging and interactive
e-learning courses.

You’ll learn how to:
    * Apply simple ways to get started and move your Information
      and Learning Technology content online
    * Match the look and feel of the course to your content
    * Apply rapid instructional design models to quickly build
      effective and interactive e-learning

This workshop is understandable by those new to e-learning,
useful for those wishing to enhance their e-learning design
methodology, and satisfying to those who have inquiring minds
about e-learning techniques!

Afternoon Workshop:
Unleashing the Power of PowerPoint

An online search will find all sorts of whining and complaining that
PowerPoint is lame. In reality, it is one of the most versatile and
exciting applications out there. The problem is that many people
just don’t know how to access all of the PowerPoint pizzazz.

If you use (or need) PowerPoint in the meeting room, the training
room, or in e-learning, this workshop is for you. Tom
will
demonstrate how to stand up and say no to the same old
boring presentations. In this three -hour workshop, Tom will reveal
inspirational ways to use PowerPoint and how to become a
PowerPoint super-star. He’ll also provide access to hundreds of
free resources.

You’ll learn how to:
    * Create engaging presentations
    * Design and edit graphics with Photoshop-type functions
    * Use audio and video files
    * Maximize PowerPoint as an e-learning authoring tool

With the right skills, PowerPoint is one of the best multimedia
applications available. Join Tom Kuhlmann as he shares ways to
get more out of PowerPoint. He will build slides as we watch and
show examples their conversion.
