          Concurrent Small Group Discussions

Are you a chapter member who….
• has had his/her employment impacted and wants to continue in
the Training and Development field?
• is transitioning into the Training and Development field?
• is already in the Training and Development field and wants to
enter a different aspect of the T&D field?
• seeks to manage your own career internally and externally of
your organization?

Then join us for the July CMSIG Program!

It’s Summertime, hot, rainy and steamy!  So, let’s engage in a
light, cool and informal discussion format for the July program.
We’ll have three concurrent small-group discussions around
relevant career-related topics.

Please come prepared to discuss the following questions:
• What is your greatest career challenge?  Do you want a current
challenge?  Will you do anything about it?
• What has made you successful in your career?
• How has ASTD helped your career?
After the small-group discussions, we will share what we learned
with everyone.

Learn:
• How we can help each other with our career challenges
• How we can apply others’ successes to create our own success stories
• How ASTD can benefit your career
