Featured Presenter: Jeff Geloneck, CPLP®
Jeff Geloneck is the Learning and Development Manager at The Blood Alliance (TBA) and an active board member for the NEFL ASTD chapter. Jeff began his career in training over 15 years ago and, in that time, has developed and taught quality assurance courses, business writing, trainer training, leadership skills, educational technology skills, and a plethora of other courses. Jeff will complete his Master’s degree in Educational Technology and Leadership at UNF in the Fall of 2014, and received his CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) from ASTD on May 1st. Jeff has adopted a personal vision, which is to foster the growth and development of others through learning initiative.
ASTD Competency Model:
The model emphasizes: (1) foundational competencies or those that are important to everyone in the field and (2) the specific areas of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized knowledge and actions required by specific roles.
