From time to time, we have been confronted with a difficult boss.  At the January meeting, we will discuss how we have dealt with difficult bosses and the techniques we used to turn a difficult situation into a success story.

Please bring your stories and be prepared to discuss how you successfully handled the situation.  There is an expectation that the stories shared in this meeting will be kept confidential.
