Laura Steigelman, President - Steigelman & Associates
Laura Steigelman is a professional facilitator, instructor, management consultant and career coach with over 20 years of experience in consulting, facilitation, and training. After being an integral part of management teams at AT&T American Transtech and Johnson and Johnson’s Vistakon Division, Laura started her own company in 1994.
Laura works with employees of all levels from small to large organizations, for profit and not-for-profit. Laura’s many strengths include the development and facilitation of leadership and employee-training workshops, meeting facilitation, re-design of work processes, team building, DiSC workshops, new hire orientations, and consulting on business and employee work processes.
She also is a certified Career Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison.
Laura serves on the Jacksonville ATD Board and has been an active member of various chapter committees.
