Program: Working With Incepture

Incepture is a leading provider of solutions, ranging from staffing and vendor management services to full managed solutions engagements.  Because many of our ASTD members have gained employment through Incepture, we asked the Incepture staff to share an overview of their organization, the hot jobs they are recruiting for and how they select their talent.  We will also have an open dialogue on how to sell yourself and land an interview with one of their recruiters.  So, please join us for this very informative program.

Speakers:
Deniece Moore, Sr. Account Manager and Ivana Renier, Recruiter

Deniece Moore has worked for Incepture for almost five years and manages their new business development to non-IT clients within Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She also managed multiple projects at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for almost thirteen years.

Ivana Renier has been with Incepture for seven months and was the Staffing Manager for SNI Companies, Inc. She also worked as the Division Director for Robert Half International for three years

ASTD Competency Model:
The Areas of Expertise, as defined by the ASTD Competency Model, include nine critical factors needed to be a successful workplace learning professional.  This month’s CM-SIG program supports the Area of Expertise entitled, “CAREER PLANNING and TALENT MANAGEMENT.”
