ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Rhett Farber is one of the founding members of The Farber Group, a firm that offers training, coaching and consulting for companies, educational institutions, non-profits, individuals, and organizations. Rhett has over 20 years of facilitation and consulting experience, with global organizations of all shapes, sizes and industries. Rhett excels in combining experiential and accelerated-learning activities with facilitated dialogue. Rhett’s passion is to create a playful, productive, and prosperous culture for organizations.
Rhett is bi-lingual (Mandarin Chinese and English); a global citizen with excellent interpersonal skills, unparalleled adaptability, and flexibility across cultures. He lived in Asia for almost 30 years (18 years in Taipei, 1 year in Tokyo, and 10 years in Shanghai).
Rhett has written numerous articles about leadership, team, and organizational effectiveness for Asian business publications. He has delivered programs at such iconic venues as the Great Wall of China and Harvard University, and he has presented as the Keynote Speaker at numerous global conferences.
Rhett graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Asian Studies and International Business from Florida State University in 1981. When he’s not helping his clients or spending quality time with his family, Rhett is probably joggling (juggling while jogging) on the beaches of northeast Florida or whenever he’s traveling around the world.
