Then join us for the May CMSIG Program!

Networking is about making connections and building mutually
beneficial relationships. What was once a nice to have skill
is now a need to have skill. Join in the conversation and
explore how to connect with new people, cultivate relationships,
and effectively leverage your personal and professional network.

You will Learn:

• What networking is and what it isn’t
• New networking skills for meeting people and building business
  relationships
• About various network settings including
   internal networking, e-networking and how to network at events
   and in organizations
• How to identify what you can do to increase your impact,
  professionalism and comfort level
• The importance of having a strategic networking plan


About the Speaker

Sue Hart is Vice President, Client Services with
Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region and
works out of the Jacksonville office. Sue is directly
responsible for client relations and business
development for Right Management’s Central and
North Florida regions. With more than 20 years of
experience in professional Human Resources and
Marketing management, she works collaboratively
with corporate clients in defining and delivering their outplacement
and organizational consulting needs. Prior to joining Right, Sue
held several positions with Barnett Bank; USA Today/Gannett; and
Arvida Real Estate Development Co. Her areas of expertise
include: Organizational Design, Key Executive Staffing, Incentive
Design, Performance Management and Policy Development.  She
has guided clients through comprehensive consulting, career
transition, and career development initiatives. Sue graduated cum
laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Business
Marketing from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio.  She
is actively involved in the Jacksonville chapter of SHRM and is a
member of ASTD, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Board
of Governors and the Holy Family Catholic School Advisory Board.

ASTD Competency Model: 
The Areas of Expertise, as defined by the ASTD Competency
Model, include nine critical factors needed to
be a successful workplace learning
professional. This month s CM-SIG program
supports two of the Areas of Expertise
entitled "Career Planning & Talent
Management and Improving Human
Performance"
