the way they do? This session will provide fresh insights and
practical solutions for understanding generational differences,
resolving conflicts, and managing and leading effectively in today’s
age diverse workplace.

Learn:

  • A new appreciation and understanding of what makes each
generation tick and tips for turning today’s multigenerational
    workforce into an organizational asset.
  • How to avoid workplace generational clashes and bridge
    the generational gaps.
  • Appropriate behaviors that will improve your relationships
    with each generation.

ASTD Competency Model:
The Model emphasizes: (1) foundational
competencies, or those that are important to
everyone in the field, and (2) the specific areas
of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized
knowledge and actions required by specific
roles. This month’s program supports the new
ASTD competencies of “Change
Management”
 and “Performance Improvement.”
