Online help systems are being used in many companies as online reference libraries that employees access to determine the policies, technical information, and procedures on how to complete tasks that they may not be familiar with.
Increasingly the online help systems are used for “Just In Time” training on very specific tasks that may include reference materials, decision tools, calculators, simulations, and other types of eLearning. Online help systems and eLearning are being managed by learning organizations for both employees and customers.
This session will look at the development of online help systems, eLearning, and how to obtain the metrics needed in making business decisions on what content to develop.
