                         September Monthly Program

Defining and Leveraging Your Professional Value

Do you know the value you add to your current employer or what
you would add to a potential employer?  Learn how to articulate
your talents and accomplishments in a way that impresses
employers.  Knowing when and how to ask are also key
components to getting the salary, benefits, resources and support
you want when negotiating for a promotion, a new job offer or within
 your current position.

In this program, we will focus on how you can garner the
necessary resources and support to be successful in your current
or next position.

You will learn how to:

  • determine your value before accepting the next
    position/opportunity.
  • write eye-catching accomplishment statements that will
showcase the value added to your organization.
  • apply key negotiation techniques and tips that will increase
    your financial worth.
  • promote yourself to make a fair salary and attain the
    resources and support you need.
