Then join us for the February 2014 Career Management Special Interest Group program!
This meeting will explore all aspects of the interview process including:
- how to prepare for an interview
- how best to sell yourself during the interview, and
- what follow up steps should be taken post interview.
Participants will discuss:
- What interviewers look for in determining a match to their needs.
- How to anticipate and handle difficult interview questions.
- Examples of questions to pose to various interviewers.
Featured Presenter: Tim Cirisoli
Tim Cirisoli is Vice President of Consulting Services and an Executive Coach with Right Management's Florida / Caribbean Region.
Tim has over 20 years of proven success facilitating individual and organizational achievement in transition, corporate needs and objectives with Right Management.
Tim has worked in both the field and the corporate office of Right in Philadelphia, PA where Tim served as Vice President of Global Human Resources and Training.
He is an expert in areas such as Career Decision and Management, Performance Management, Organizational Change and Consulting, Training and Development and individual group assessments.
Tim earned his Bachelor's degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University. He holds several certifications in numerous assessments and has been invited as a guest speaker at The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).
ASTD Competency Model:
The model emphasizes: (1) foundational competencies or those that are important to everyone in the field and (2) the specific areas of expertise (AOEs), which are the specialized knowledge and actions required by specific roles.
