These online programs are supported by interactive workbooks and can be augmented with monthly coaching sessions conducted virtually, over the phone, or in person depending on the learner’s preference. Plus, online coaching programs are versatile enough to be implemented as an add-on to training courses or they can be designed as standalone systems.
