Blended Learning - How Do Others Do It?

Meeting Description:

This month, the e-Learning Special Interest Group (eSIG) joins forces with the chapter programs committee to bring you a topic mysterious to many in the learning and development field—blended learning.

During this luncheon, we will explore the exact definition of blended learning (straight from ASTD National) and discover how organizations in the Northeast Florida area are effectively blending their learning modalities (online, classroom, books, etc.).

Panelists from different companies who use a blended approach in their training will answer your questions.  Questions like:
  • What is blended learning?
  • How do you design a blended program?
  • What benefits have you seen in your organization?
  • How do you enforce pre-requisite requirements in the blended learning process?
  • What type of push-back do you get from participants? And how do you deal with that?

You will have the opportunity to have YOUR questions answered when you register for this event.

Attend this session if:
  • You are interested in finding out more about blended learning – including the true definition(s).
  • You want to see how other organizations are blending their learning platforms.
  • Your organization is looking to add a more blended approach to your training arsenal.

We hope to see you there!
