Marilyn Feldstein
Certified Career Coach and Professional Speaker
Career Choices Unlimited, Inc.

Val Matta, a developer and part owner of CareerShift, will start the program with a demonstration of how this resource provides job hunting tools that you can access over the Internet from any web browser.  CareerShift is currently used in 100 schools and universities, outplacement firms, and corporations as a job search and career management resource.

During this program, Val will show you how to use CareerShift to help you take more control of your career.  It lets you search and store every job listing on all job boards and contacts within organizations.  It also provides links to research more in-depth information about the contacts to help you network.

Next, Marilyn Feldstein will show you how to conduct Informational Interviews to get your foot in the door with the contacts you’ve obtained through CareerShift.  Informational Interviews are powerful tools that will get you in front of key decision makers.

As a special gift, all attendees will receive a free subscription to CareerShift.com.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify positions and contacts
  • Manage your contacts and leads in a centralized location
  • Build connections with decision makers both within, and outside organizations
