Have you ever wanted to get to know more ATD members, but didn’t have the time? Or, maybe you just weren’t comfortable walking up to someone new. ATD NEFL is bringing back this highly-rated program because our members tell us that networking is their number one reason for attending ATD events! In this participant-centric program, you will get your chance to meet many colleagues and make some real connections. You will first learn how to have an engaging conversation and introduce yourself and then you will spend the remainder of the time practicing your new skills.
In this session you will:
Become comfortable networking with others.
Spend your time wisely when networking.
Get introduced to other Talent and Development professionals.
Relevant professional competencies: Interpersonal skills (Foundational Competencies) and Integrated Talent Management.
