Herb Steigelman is the Director of Leadership Development with Voya Financial, a financial, retirement, investment and insurance company based in New York.  He has been with Voya for over 12 years and is responsible for the development for all levels of leaders from new front line leaders to the top executive team.  Previous positions include Training and Quality Manager at ADT, General Manager and Training Manager at AOL and senior operations leader at Capitol One.  Herb’s career in leadership started when he served as a U.S. Navy officer, where he was a Naval Aviator on EA-6B Prowlers off the USS Saratoga and as a Targeting Officer for US Central Command at MacDill AFB.  Herb received a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University and lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife, Laura and their 16-year-old son, Herbie.
