The Psychology of Microlearning and Gamification

This presentation will cover the neuroscience and psychological principles that form the foundation for microlearning and gamification, two learning approaches that are part of the toolkit for many progressive organizations.   Building on that foundation, this presentation will then highlight key application areas for organizations and individuals, with a focus on creating a differentiated and 'results-based' L&D strategy.  The presentation will conclude with a 'use case' for a specific client, demonstrating how technology can help organizations utilize the neuroscience of learning and gamification to drive human performance.
