Your Individual Impact on the World Economy

The changing nature of work in America will ironically require a new approach to developing traditionally fundamental skills in our markets for talent. Technology, evolving blueprints of workplaces, and new generational cohorts creating gig economies and disrupting the traditional notion of the relationship between employees and employers are just some of the forces shaping our economy now. These rapid changes are creating scarcities of qualified candidates among surpluses of Americans needing good jobs. The stakes are high and will play out on the world stage. Never before has the learning and development profession been more critical.
