About the Speaker

Captain Wally Lovely, U.S. Navy (Retired) is the Vice President of Talent Development and Leadership Consulting Services at Evoke Development. Mr. Lovely is responsible for expanding and enhancing the coaching, mentoring, and leadership programs offered by Evoke Development, both domestically and abroad.

Before joining Evoke Development, Mr. Lovely held numerous leadership positions at sea and ashore at locations around the world. He led thousands of people during his career and was responsible for billions of dollars in National assets. He is most proud of mentoring young leaders, building winning teams, and helping people achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Mr. Lovely holds a Master’s of Science degree in National Security Strategy Resourcing from National Defense University located in Washington, D.C., a Master’s of Engineering degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Science/Nuclear Power Systems from the University of Texas in Austin, TX.

Mr. Lovely has been awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, three Legion of Merits, two Meritorious Service Medals, and six Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, among numerous others.
