About the Speaker

Dr. Mary Lippitt founded Enterprise Management Ltd. to guide leaders and organizations to successfully navigate today’s challenges to deliver stellar results.

She is an award-winning author, speaker, and consultant. In 2014 she published "Brilliant or Blunder: 6 Ways Leaders Navigate Uncertainty, Opportunity, and Complexity". Her 2002 book won the Bronze Prize as the best business book from Forward magazine. Her Leadership Spectrum Profile® won the Human Resource Executive Magazine’s Top Training Product Award

She served as President of the DC ATD Chapter as well as the Miami Chapter. Also, she served on the National Nominating Committee, two ICE Program Committees and ran a Regional ATD Conference.
