The ATD Capability Model provides a robust list of capabilities required for today’s learning and organizational professionals. The capability entitled “Future Readiness” recognizes the importance of watching for emerging trends and disruptive forces in order to prepare your organization – and self – for the future.

In this virtual workshop, Paul will explore how each of us can strategically prepare our organizations – and ‘future proof’ our own careers – through strategic thinking and learning agility.
