Successful companies demonstrate they have a gift for executing business strategy. As a result, the world needs Talent Development professionals who can do the same; yet one of the top challenges for business leaders is finding HR talent with this skillset.

Whether your work concerns empowering people inside your own organization or if you offer this as a service to other organizations, you’ll learn techniques in this session that will help you become better recognized as a business strategist.  Experience shows that Talent Development professionals who adopt these techniques receive more invitations – and from the highest levels – to contribute to solving business challenges that are needed for their organization to win in today’s marketplace.

Kurt Hine will take us through key parts of his process for becoming an even more valuable Talent Development resource.
