BIO:

Sertrice Grice is Co-Founder & Chief Consulting Officer of Mattingly Solutions, a woman-owned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm. Sertrice is passionate about helping organizations use their metrics to create data-backed DEI strategies. She has partnered with organizations such as DICK’s Sporting Goods, National Association for Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Intelsat in reviewing and developing various DEI programs. Sertrice has presented at events such as Vibrant Pittsburgh’s REI Summit, Personnel Testing Council Metropolitan Washington (PTC/MW), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Blacks in I/O.

She is passionate about interpreting data to help guide organizations toward improvements based on results. While working at OrgVitality, she developed a free Anti-Racist Organization survey for organizations to use to solicit employee feedback on the workplace culture, minority support, and racial relations within their organization, along with a more general Inclusion & Diversity survey.

Sertrice is currently located in Raleigh, North Carolina. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Emporia State University and her M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University. She is an alumna of Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority and leads their Inclusion & Diversity Learning and Development Task Force. Presently, Sertrice is the Chair of the Business Development and Partnerships Committee for Blacks in IO and the Co-Chair of the Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology's Institutional Research Committee. She is also the SIOP 2022 Champion for Trend #8: Creating Effective Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Interventions.
