The Big Event
Project Management for Everyone
Lessons Learned from the Three Little Pigs
Since childhood we’ve heard this story and been clearly taught
that the two pigs who were lazy and cheap were wrong. The hero
of the tale was the pig who took the time to plan and deliver a
high quality brick house. As a result, it has influenced our project
management beliefs as adults: We expect organizations
managing projects to approach their work with the same
methodical and ultimately successful set of steps that the wise
pig used.
