About the Speaker:

Rob Stevens is the Vice President of Professional Development for the NEFL-ATD. He is also the President of Leadership for Now, a consulting practice that focuses developing leaders, managers and individual contributors. Rob has been in the Leadership Development and Training field for over 30 years.
