Momentum Monday Community of Practice: Leading from the Middle: Developing Mid-Level Managers

Description of Event: Current best practices for development programs for mid-level managers.

Objectives/Key Takeaways:

• Share unique challenges of mid-level managers (managers and sr. managers)
• Discuss current programs that are currently addressing these needs.
• Brainstorm ideas to improve existing learning opportunities.

These sessions provide ATD-NEFL members the opportunity to interact with talent development content as it applies to each of their specific situations and applications.

The goal of this monthly event is to build a growing talent development community of practice that interacts through Zoom and Degreed.

She has worked in a variety of organizations including healthcare, defense, engineering, retail and non-profit.
