Karen Nutter is a professional trainer, executive coach, author, and founder of CBK Advising, based in Jacksonville Florida. Karen is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Analyst® and a Certified Master Coach®. Her first book, The Power of EQ: Stronger Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence, offers insights and direction for readers to understand and develop emotional intelligence (EQ/EI). She writes about maximizing professional and life skills with the ability to understand, use, and manage behaviors, communicate effectively, empathize with others, and defuse conflict.
