PROGRAM: Conscious Leadership Secrets: Discover how embracing conscious leadership principles will have a positive impact on your professional success.
Research and experience suggest that Conscious Leadership is central to a healthy and thriving business. Indeed, we all have the potential to be conscious leaders. Such leaders enhance communication, enhance individual and employee engagement and foster sustainable success by demonstrating three core habits. Join us to discover these habits.
Assignment: Please write down 5 strengths that energize you, and bring them to the program.
Speaker: Jennifer Connell
Jennifer Connell is not your typical entrepreneur. She thrives when in a consultative role, supporting individuals in developing their internal capacity to lead, adapt to change and achieve new heights of success. She earned her master’s degree in organizational systems from Saybrook University and integrates her multi-disciplinary professional and personal experience with her integrity, humor, creativity and passion. She has assisted individuals, as well as, public, private and not-for-profit clients, including State Farm Insurance, First Coast Technical College, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, City of West Palm Beach and public school districts in multiple states.
ASTD Competency Model:
The Areas of Expertise, as defined by the ASTD Competency Model, include nine critical factors needed to be successful workplace learning professional. This month’s CM-SIG program supports three Areas of Expertise entitled, “COACHING,” “FACILITATING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE” and ”IMPROVING HUMAN PERFORMANCE.”
