Strategic HRD in Action:
Measuring Training Impact Potential
to Improve Performance and
Business Results

Presented By Greg V Michalski, PhD, PMP®

Greg's presentation demonstrates and summar-izes results of a Strategic HRD approach used to measure Training Impact Potential (TIP) for per-formance improvement and business planning.
He will use a business case study using Concept Mapping/Pattern Matching to describe how you can put this Strategic HRD principle into practice in a complex organiza-tional setting (e.g., one characterized by mul-tiple goals and globally diverse stakeholders).

Greg will help us understand how to quantify the relationships between business import-ance and training impact potential and discuss how to use them for learning program planning and Strategic HRD. If you struggle to put Strategic HRD prin-ciples into action, don't miss this "natural fit" best practice methodology.
