The Science of Unforgettable Presentations: How to Create an Experience Your Audience Will Never Forget

Have you ever wondered why your audience forgets training content within hours of your brilliant presentation?  Dr. Chris Beverly will use stories, examples and empirical research to explain why audiences may FORGET or REMEMBER a presentation.  This program will be beneficial to everyone in the industry – instructional designers, eLearning practitioners, classroom facilitators and any professional who wants their message to be heard and remembered!

Is it me or is it them?  Explore how your presentation style, personality, and methods of delivery might affect how the audience receives the content of your presentation.  Of course, you want to be remembered for the RIGHT reasons, and you’ll learn how in this presentation.  Dr. Beverly will also teach us how to help your audience retain the critical information in your presentation, whether in a large group or one-on-one, whether in person or online!

Three Learning Objectives:

1) Learn why an audience forgets or remembers a presentation

2) Learn how to be remembered by an audience for the right reasons

3) Learn how to create material that your audience will retain
