Topic:  Roadmap to Career Success

Are you interested in learning how to manage your career 
more effectively, achieving a higher level of satisfaction in 
your work?  Have you often wondered what it would take to 
move up the ladder or find your ‘dream job’ in your ‘dream 
company’?  If the answer is yes, then join us for the Career 
Management Group April meeting, ‘Roadmap to Career 
Success’.

Featured Speakers: Ellen Kelbert and Laura Steigelman, 

Certified LHH Career Consultants


Laura Steigelman is President of Steigelman & Associates, a 
local training, facilitation and management consulting company.  
Her company focuses on helping for profit and not for profit 
organizations develop their employees and improve their work 
processes.   
        

Laura is also a Certified LHH Career Consultant.  She works 
with individuals in transition on key areas such as resumes, 
networking, interviewing and LinkedIn. She is an adjunct 
instructor for Webster University in their 
Master’s Degree 
Program.    

Laura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a 
Masters of Business Administration (MBA).  She is an active 
member of ATD NEFL and currently serves as the Career 
Management Chair for 2016. 

 

Ellen Kelbert is a talent development consultant with broad 
experience in designing and facilitating learning programs and 
coaching professionals to enhance effectiveness in 
manufacturing, finance, nonprofit, academic and service-related industries.  

As an internal and external consultant, Ellen has worked 
closely with corporate leaders, line managers 
and staff on 
management development, interpersonal skills 
development 
and total employee involvement. With a background as a 
Career Consultant working with Lee Hecht 
Harrison, Ellen 
assists individuals in succes
sfully navigating career transition.  

Ellen holds the degrees of Master of Food and Resource 
Economics and Bachelor of Extension Education and is 
currently on the Career Management Committee with the 
ATD NEFL
.
