Rob Stevens is a Leadership Development and Training professional with almost 28 years of experience. Most recently, Rob was the Vice President of Leadership and Development for Beeline and the Vice President of Custom Learning for ellegro Learning Solutions. Rob lives in Ponte Vedra, FL with his wife and two children.

This workshop will briefly review the basics of the Situational Leadership IIÒ developmental model through video examples, a participative group exercise, and a brief overview of core principles.

Participants will diagnose their current development levels and will leverage the SLII model to identify next steps for current and future career aspirations.
Participants should bring to the workshop a list of 3 – 5 career goals. The list could include goals they are currently working on or goals they aspire to accomplish in the future.          

Fees & Requirements:
No charge for ATD NEFL Members, $5 per guest if registered ahead of time. $10 for walkins.
