Curious what the future of our field looks like post-Covid?  At Blue Rock Search, we have identified, placed and help onboard hundreds of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development professionals over the past 15+ years.  During that time, we’ve seen several hiring trends accelerate and gain even more traction post-Covid.  Specifically, we have seen the rise of the HR Specialist and a reduced focus on the HR Generalist role.  This means that more than ever, an emphasis on increasing thought leadership in your specialization will help you stand out in your career and give you an edge in your career search.  Join this session and learn more about proactively shaping your career development and focus to better position yourself in a post-Covid employment marketplace!
