Dr. Victoria Mattingly has been providing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and learning and development consulting services to businesses and non-profit organizations for over ten years. She has built and implemented DEI solutions with companies such as Intel, American Eagle, Sargent & Lundy, Project Management Institute, and Forte Foundation. Dr. Mattingly is founder and CEO of Mattingly Solutions, a woman-owned DEI consulting firm specializing in research and implementation of workplace interventions that result in happier employees, better leaders, healthier company cultures, and a more inclusive and equitable workforce. She is a subject matter expert on measuring and developing inclusive behaviors and allyship—having wrote her dissertation on the build and evaluation of an executive allyship training program and continuing her allyship work in the form of corporate training, keynotes, webinars, and her virtual course, Ally Up, which has been taken by over 3,600 students.
