Feedback is a gift, whether you are on the giving or receiving end. When receiving feedback, it can be difficult to accept and listen to understand. For the giver, it is important to have the right motive for providing feedback. Let’s take a deeper look at the gift of feedback and understand the value of creating a culture of feedback.

Dr. Wendy Norfleet is the CEO and founder of Norfleet Integrated Solutions (NIS). NIS specializes in working with clients to provide strategic solutions that include training and development, executive coaching, and business consulting. Wendy is a published author and holds life coach, leadership development and career development certifications. She was one of Jacksonville Business Journal Women of Influence 2020 and has been named as one of the Small Business Leaders of the Year for 2021. Wendy is a graduate of Wayne State University (Ph.D., Instructional Technology), University of Detroit Mercy (M.S., Computer Information Systems), and Detroit College of Business (B.S., Computer Information Systems). Wendy is active in the Jacksonville community, mentor for Take Stock in Children, serves on several nonprofit boards and is the host of “On A Mission”.
