This training will cover the Pyramid of the 8 Factors of an Engaged Workplace. At the base of this pyramid lie two crucial factors: Purpose and Accountability. Without a strong foundation in these areas, a company will struggle to maintain an engaged workforce.

The Human Resources department plays a key role in identifying and addressing imbalances in these factors. In most corporations, only about 85% of employees are actively engaged. Of the remaining employees, 35% are not engaged or feel stuck, and 5-15% are actively disengaged. This leaves approximately 40% of employees who are cautiously engaged.

Understanding where these imbalances occur is essential for effective coaching and mentoring. By identifying and addressing these issues, HR can help improve overall employee engagement and company performance.
