About Our Speaker

Stacey Wynn is Vice President – Consulting Services and a Leadership Coach with Right Management’s Florida/Caribbean Region.

Consulting Experience

Stacey brings over 20 years of experience with Fortune 500 business operations leadership and 10+ years of private coaching, spanning multiple industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Technology, Retail, Energy, Hospitality, Professional Services, and Defense. Her deep operational background makes her a valued strategic partner especially for those navigating organizational change, leading employee engagement strategies, and pursuing career development goals.

As a Coach and consultant, Stacey is known for bringing clarity to complex situations. She asks thought-provoking questions, maintains a calming presence, builds trust, and encourages authenticity and reflection. Stacey assists clients with identification of creative solutions that foster employee engagement and organizational development. She uses talent assessments and knowledge-based coaching techniques to guide transformative engagements at all levels of leadership in a variety of industries and occupations. As an in-person and online facilitator, Stacey’s confident and inclusive style encourages participation and dynamic conversations that result in a high level of learning.

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

Prior to joining Right Management, Stacey held leadership roles at Voya Financial. As a Shared Services Operations Director, Stacey led multiple technical and specialist teams and maintained oversight of a $4B pension payroll business line. Throughout her career, Stacey developed leaders, turned around troubled operations teams, and confidently guided her teams through leadership changes and business transformations. Stacey is an entrepreneur, a non-profit founder, and a faith-based coach and speaker.

Education and Training

Stacey received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Master of Divinity (MDIV) from Liberty University. She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Level 2 iEQ9 Practitioner: Enneagram and Team Dynamics, a Certified Practitioner of the Hogan, the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), CSI (Change Style Indicator), and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
