I’m Megan Patterson, a seasoned Learning and Development professional with over 17 years of experience driving impactful education and training initiatives. I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Penn State University, making me a proud two-time Penn State alum. Throughout my career, I’ve held key roles at industry-leading organizations such as Lockheed Martin, Cornerstone, Tenable, and Chewy, shaping talent development strategies that drive performance and growth.

One of my favorite insights about learning is that the more challenging the material, the more effectively it is retained over time—a principle I apply in every learning experience I design.
