Dr. Tammy Hodo is the Founder and CEO of All Things Diverse
She leads initiatives to help organizations cultivate inclusive and high-performing workforces. With over 20 years of experience in academia and as a two-time TEDx speaker, Dr. Hodo has developed expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training, strategic diversity planning, and cultural competency. Her company has worked with various entities, including city governments and federal agencies, to address issues such as implicit bias, microaggressions, and cultural inclusiveness. Dr. Hodo holds a Ph.D. in Urban Studies with a focus on Race, Class, Gender, and Ethnicity, bringing a rich academic background to her consulting work.
