Program Overview:

Are you considering a change at work or in your life? Or perhaps, change has been chosen for you. Either way, transitions can turn our world upside down. We can feel lost, alone and out of control. But, what if the change was the path to a more fulfilling future?

Change is a natural and continuous part of life and work. Agility has become a core competency for organizations and our personal lives. This program will provide strategies to be more agile as you successfully navigate difficult change. This is your opportunity to find your personal compass that will guide you on the right path.

We'll explore:

  • Misconceptions of change that can keep you stuck.
  • Ways to be more agile in change and make transitions successful.
  • How to find your personal compass that keeps you on the right path.
  • Strategies for coping and rebuilding confidence.

This month's program supports the ASTD Foundational Competencies of "Change Management Skills."
